Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation timelines, refund processes, and weather contingencies.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy (Off-Peak & Normal Season) If you wish to cancel your tour package, cancellation charges will apply based on the date notice is received relative to trip start date:
- 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 10% of total package cost retained as administrative & handling fees; remaining 90% refunded.
- 15 to 29 Days Prior to Arrival: 30% of total package cost retained.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of total package cost retained.
- Less Than 7 Days / No Show: 100% non-refundable.
2. Peak Season Policy (15th Dec – 15th Jan & Puja Holidays) * Bookings during peak holiday periods (15th December to 15th January and Durga Puja week) are subject to strict hotel policies. Hotel portions are **100% Non-Refundable** once confirmed during peak dates.
3. Inter-Island Ferry & Cruise Cancellation Rules * Private Ferry tickets (Makruzz, Nautika, Green Ocean) follow the respective ferry operator's cancellation policy (usually ₹250 – ₹500 per seat penalty if cancelled 48+ hours prior, and non-refundable within 24 hours of sailing).
4. Weather & Force Majeure Contingencies * If ferry sailings or water sports (Scuba Diving, Parasailing, Sea Walk) are cancelled by local authorities due to cyclone warnings, heavy rainfall, or rough seas: * We will refund the exact unutilized activity ticket fee or ferry ticket fee as refunded by the operator. * Land-based alternate sightseeing (e.g., local museums, beaches) will be arranged where possible.
5. Refund Timeline & Mode * Eligible refunds will be processed within **5 to 7 business days** from the date of official cancellation confirmation. * Refunds will be credited back via bank transfer / UPI to the original source account.
