Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation & Vouchers * A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed booking advance and written confirmation issued by AndamanTiyul. * Travel vouchers (Hotels, Ferries, Cabs, Entry Tickets) will be shared prior to arrival or handed over during airport pickup at Port Blair (IXZ Airport).

2. ID Proof & Permit Requirements * All travelers (Indian & Foreign Nationals) must carry original valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) throughout the tour. * **Foreign Nationals & OCI**: Must carry a valid Passport with Indian Visa. Restricted Area Permits (RAP) for specific inhabited islands are managed upon arrival at Port Blair airport. * Special Forest Department Permits for restricted eco-zones (e.g. Jolly Buoy Island, Red Skin Island, Baratang Limestone Caves, Avis Island) are subject to government issuance and local authority approval.

3. Ferry & Flight Schedule Dependencies * Inter-island ferry operations (Port Blair ↔ Havelock ↔ Neil) are operated by private operators (Makruzz, Nautika, Green Ocean) and Government Marine Departments. * In the event of ferry delays, sailing cancellations due to rough sea conditions, or technical issues, AndamanTiyul will coordinate alternate sailings or itineraries. Any cost difference charged by ferry operators will be settled as per actuals. * Flights to Port Blair are governed by airline terms. AndamanTiyul is not responsible for airline flight cancellations or flight schedule changes.

4. Code of Conduct & Marine Protection * Andaman & Nicobar Islands are eco-sensitive zones. Coral collection, shell picking, touching marine wildlife, or littering on beaches is strictly prohibited by law. * Travelers must follow instructions issued by certified scuba dive masters, boat captains, and local tour drivers.
